Observability Lead

This role is responsible for owning the observability strategy, technical design, and rollout across all of H's technical systems. The position involves setting direction, designing the stack, and leading the implementation of systems that manage metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure adoption and define SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs to provide end-to-end visibility of system dependencies.
