The role involves patient registration, appointment scheduling, phone support, and managing record distribution using the EPIC EMR system across multiple clinic locations. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and availability for varied shift times.

Responsibilities

Perform patient registration and scheduling appointments across clinic locations
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to patients
Distribute and manage medical records using the EPIC EMR system
Travel to multiple OMC clinic locations including Kirkland and Bellevue
Execute duties within varied shift times between 6:45 am and 10 pm
