Occupancy Planner – Lab Project Planning – JLL

The Occupancy Planner for Lab Project Planning will manage end‑to‑end planning for approximately 1.6M SF of laboratory space across multiple campus locations, consolidating technical data, developing project scenarios, and coordinating with stakeholders and MEP consultants to ensure feasible relocations. The role focuses on data management, scenario development, technical validation, risk mitigation, and executive reporting to support seamless lab moves and operational continuity.
