Occupancy Specialist

The Occupancy Specialist is responsible for owning HUD occupancy compliance at a 287-unit project-based Section 8 community in St. Paul, MN. This on-site role involves managing initial certifications, annual and interim recertifications, EIV and TRACS submissions, waitlist integrity, and audit readiness. The position requires a high level of accuracy in income calculations and a deep understanding of HUD regulations to ensure timely and compliant file management.
