The Occupational Therapist provides consultation, assessment and planned occupational therapy interventions for diverse client groups referred through VHA Rehab Solutions and Champlain Rehab Solutions across Southern Ontario and the capital region. The role supports client-centred care within a continuous quality improvement framework and promotes positive relations with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams. Practitioners manage community-based schedules and may deliver both in-person and virtual care.
