The Occupational Therapist provides assessment and treatment to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, collaborating with patients and families to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs. The role supports Shepherd Center’s clinical standards and participates in programmatic processes, education, and research as needed. The OT practices within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient transitions and goal attainment.
