About this role
Banner Home Health is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes across Glendale, Peoria, Sun City and surrounding areas. The role is field-based within a supportive clinical team and includes company-provided phone and tablet, mileage reimbursement, and options for pay-per-visit or hourly compensation. This is a daytime, Monday–Friday position working within sub-assigned geographic territories.
