Occupational Therapist II (Per Diem/PRN) role with Endeavor Health, floating between Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and Edward Hospital. The position is scheduled as-needed on weekdays and weekends (including two weekend shifts per month) and includes one summer and one winter holiday.

- Illinois Occupational Therapist License Within 90 Days
