Occupational Therapist (OT)

The Occupational Therapist independently evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans aligned with patient and caregiver goals. This role promotes independence, safety, and wellbeing while helping patients maximize function in daily living, leisure, and work within a home health setting. The position involves providing evidence-based interventions, supervising assistants and students, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
