About this role
An Occupational Therapist who assesses patients' history and baseline function and establishes individualized plans of care to achieve maximum functional outcomes. The role provides direct patient treatment, documents progress and coordinates discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team. The position also serves as a clinical instructor for OT/OTA students and participates in department quality and mentoring activities.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree: Occupational Therapy
