About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a per diem or part-time home health role performing visits in senior living communities throughout the Allentown/Bethlehem area. The OT will provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients as part of a multidisciplinary team to help clients remain safely at home. The position involves evaluations, individualized intervention planning, and coordination with nursing and family members.
