Occupational Therapist

The role involves providing community-based occupational therapy services to older adults in Melbourne’s North West Region, conducting assessments, recommending home modifications and assistive technology, and delivering person‑centred interventions to promote safety, independence and wellbeing. The therapist will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with consumers, families and care advisors.
