Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, establishes goals, creates treatment plans, and provides evidence‑based therapy to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial deficits, helping patients return to daily activities at home, work, or in the community. The role involves assessment, documentation, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and occasional coverage at multiple ThedaCare locations on a part‑time schedule.
