Occupational Therapist

Concept Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide competent, courteous, and respectful evaluation, treatment, and supervision of patients for difficulties with mobility, cognition, and function. The role involves developing effective treatment plans, communicating with healthcare teams and families, and maintaining professional documentation in accordance with AOTA scope of practice. The therapist will also conduct in-services and training for patient caregivers and facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.
