Occupational Therapist

This position provides and administers occupational physical therapy to patients and residents in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. The role involves performing initial patient examinations, creating and maintaining patient records, and ensuring the delivery of quality services within an in-house therapy program. The therapist works on-site at Montello Care Center in Montello, WI, as a PRN employee working two days per week.
