Occupational Therapist

Vertis Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services at Commons at Jackson Creek, an assisted living community in Bloomington, IN. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve resident independence and quality of life. The therapist will also provide guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and lead community wellness programs.
