PACE of Southwest Michigan
The Occupational Therapist provides participant-centered evaluations, treatments, and interventions to help individuals maintain independence, safety, and quality of life within their homes, the PACE center, and the community. As part of an interdisciplinary care team, this role contributes to individualized care planning and ongoing coordination to support successful community living and aging with dignity. The position offers a strong work-life balance with no weekends or holidays and six weeks of time off per year.
