Occupational Therapist

This role provides specialized occupational therapy services to primarily adult and geriatric patients in their homes, focusing on improving quality of life and maximizing functional abilities. The position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive plan of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health or geriatric settings and hold a valid Washington State occupational therapy license.
