Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist performs evaluations and treatments as ordered by physicians to ensure the highest degree of quality care for patients in their home environment. This role involves developing and implementing patient care plans, educating patients and families on safety and self-care, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to promote continuity of care.
