Occupational Therapist

This role involves providing skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing interdisciplinary care plans in accordance with physician orders. The Occupational Therapist guides patients in therapeutic activities to improve independence and physical and mental functioning while instructing families and supervising support staff.
