About this role

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide leadership and guidance to a team within an Adult Social Care Reablement Service in Gloucestershire. The role involves promoting high-quality, strengths-based practice to help adults maintain their independence while managing complex cases and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position based at Shire Hall, Gloucester, with countywide travel required.

Responsibilities

Line manage and supervise Occupational Therapists and practitioners
Provide reflective supervision, mentoring and coaching to promote best practice
Support complex cases and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
