Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist delivers and supervises the delivery of occupational therapy services, performing evaluations and developing individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes. This role involves implementing care plans, reassessing treatment results, and actively participating in discharge planning within a collaborative team approach. Coverage may be required for both inpatient and outpatient services at the Ballard and Issaquah clinics, including care for pediatric adolescent orthopedic patients.
