Occupational Therapist

An Occupational Therapist administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, following physician orders and a plan of care under the supervision of the Director of Therapy, Home Health. The role involves improving or minimizing residual physical disabilities and returning individuals to optimum living within their capabilities. The therapist collaborates with healthcare personnel, provides skilled procedures, and instructs patients and family members in home programs.
