Occupational Therapist

Wayside is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join the DMH Flex and IHBTC Team, providing assessments, treatment planning, and direct intervention to young adults and families referred by the Department of Mental Health. The role involves collaborating with diverse treatment teams to set and meet therapy goals, offering consultation, and delivering home strategies and in-home services as needed. This position requires a commitment to family-centered practice and the ability to work across various settings, including client homes, the community, and offices.
