Occupational Therapy Aide

This role supports the Occupational Therapist by assisting with resident screens, collecting assessment data, and providing direct treatment to a general rehab caseload. The position involves participating in the clinical team process, training caregivers, and contributing to clinical program development and quality improvement activities. The individual works under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist to ensure quality service delivery.
