About this role
The Occupational Therapist Assistant provides skilled occupational therapy treatment to home health patients in the East Valley, delivering care in patients' homes and supporting recovery across orthopedic, neuro, cardiac and other conditions. The role operates within Banner Home Health's clinical support structure, offers autonomy with options for pay-per-visit or hourly, and includes mileage reimbursement as well as company-provided devices for documentation. This is a Monday–Friday, day-shift position serving Mesa and surrounding communities.
