Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Wapello Specialty Care in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The role focuses on delivering skilled occupational therapy services to improve activities of daily living, functional mobility, strength, cognition, and overall independence. The Occupational Therapy Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
