Occupational Therapy Assistant

This role involves implementing treatment plans and therapy procedures under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to support patient care and recovery. The position requires providing patient and family education, conducting age-appropriate assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation of interventions and progress. The Occupational Therapy Assistant also participates in community outreach, performance improvement initiatives, and mentorship of students and new staff.
