Occupational Therapy Assistant

This role supports students with special needs by promoting independence in daily living activities and educational participation through observation, problem-solving, and implementing therapeutic programs. The position involves collaborating with classroom staff, parents, and occupational therapists to plan and execute effective student programs while maintaining data on individual goals. The assistant also assists in formulating new goals and participates in behavior management procedures as needed.
