This high-visibility role involves managing ocean import operations for a growing NVOCC, working closely with origin offices and business partners to ensure excellent customer service. The position requires guiding importers on routing and rates, tracking shipments, and coordinating with customs brokers and vendors to facilitate cargo movement. The ideal candidate will have experience with freight forwarding, proficiency in CargoWise, and a strong understanding of door-to-door ocean import procedures.
