Ocean Manager

The Ocean Manager leads, develops, and manages the Ocean Freight business across Crane Madrid, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, commercial growth, and financial performance. The role oversees day-to-day import and export ocean operations, drives profitability, and expands the ocean freight product offering while maintaining strong relationships with shipping lines and strategic partners. This position requires strong leadership to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service within the Ocean Operations team.
