About this role

The OCM Program Manager leads organizational change management for Moog's enterprise-wide ERP and SAP S/4 modernization program. This role ensures sustained adoption and business readiness by developing governance strategies, engaging executive stakeholders, and building internal change capabilities across all deployment phases. The position requires aligning change efforts with technical implementations to minimize disruptions and drive value realization.

Responsibilities

Define and govern end-to-end OCM strategy for enterprise modernization
Lead team of change analysts and develop standardized OCM tools
Engage executive sponsors to build accountability for adoption
Design role-based training plans to drive post-implementation proficiency
Track adoption metrics and conduct organizational readiness assessments
