Parsons is seeking a seasoned Cyber Product Manager to move into the US Cybersecurity Command (USCC) Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) Program Management Office (PMO). The role requires managing the development and delivery of mission-critical cyber capabilities while working with product owners and cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of offensive cyber operations and Agile principles to shape complex technical solutions that support national defense missions.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems
Lead product backlog refinement and prioritize features for actionable user stories
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and build technology solutions
Drive Program Increment execution and mitigate risks across cross-functional teams
Engage with joint cyber warfare stakeholders to align capability delivery
