The Off Site Validation Test Engineer Intern – Crop Harvesting supports the North America Crop Harvesting Validation team in Mt. Joy, Iowa, by validating harvesting equipment to ensure performance, reliability, and customer expectations are met. The role involves assisting with machine performance evaluations, diagnosing malfunctions, and recommending design improvements while gaining hands-on experience with combines and other harvesting machinery. Interns will conduct field and lab tests, create technical reports, and collaborate with senior engineers to drive product improvement initiatives.
