Off-Track Associate

The firm is seeking an off-track associate to join its Tax Department's subscription agreement and transfer review team in either New York or Washington, D.C. This client-facing role focuses on reviewing, negotiating, and tracking the tax portions of investor subscriptions and transfer documents for private equity sponsor clients.
