Office Administrator

This position provides administrative, communication, and program support for the Department of Geology & Geophysics and the Department of Mining Engineering within the University of Utah's College of Science. The role supports faculty, students, and alumni while overseeing general office operations and coordinating daily office environment activities. It involves managing office maintenance, supplies, equipment, and facility repair requests to ensure smooth operations. The position also serves as the face of the office, developing relationships with vendors and internal departments while coordinating meetings and engagement initiatives.
