Office Administrator

The Office Administrator oversees general office operations for the Associate Vice President of Student Engagement and supports the operations of the Engagement reporting departments. This role coordinates daily office activities, manages office equipment maintenance, and assists with planning and logistics for local culture and engagement initiatives. The position serves as the face of the office, maintaining relationships with the campus community and vendors while managing office budgets and providing various back-office functions.
