Office Administrator

The Office Administrator serves as the first point of contact at ZAP's Odessa field office, managing reception duties, office and yard operations, and new-hire onboarding. This role involves handling administrative tasks such as bill payments, supply ordering, procurement support, and accurate crew time entry to ensure smooth payroll processing. The position reports directly to the VP of Construction and requires strong organizational and customer service skills.
