About this role
The Office and Administrative Coordinator supports UBC’s Central Human Resources by managing day-to-day office operations and providing executive administrative support. The role develops, implements and evaluates administrative processes, systems and procedures for the unit, and acts as a liaison with senior stakeholders across the university. It also coordinates onboarding/offboarding, events, facilities and information systems to ensure smooth operation of the central HR portfolio.
