Office Assistant

The Office Assistant for the Commercial Aluminum Group supports daily administrative, scheduling, and operational functions of the commercial aluminum fabrication and installation division, handling tasks such as crew scheduling, inventory tracking, timesheets, payroll support, invoicing, and material ordering. The role works closely with management, staff, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects run efficiently and on schedule.
