Office Assistant

This part-time, non-exempt hourly position supports the day-to-day operations of a school bus terminal by handling a variety of administrative duties and reporting to the Terminal Manager. The role involves assisting with billing, report preparation, and communication between the company, schools, drivers, and parents. Depending on staffing needs, the Office Assistant may also be trained to drive school bus routes or perform routing, dispatch, and maintenance-related tasks.
