The Office Assistant provides proactive operational support by assisting clients and others via telephone and in person, fostering a culture of client-centered care and safety excellence. This role serves as the primary entry point for clients, family members, and potential clients to access Centennial services, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. The position involves facilitating access to care, managing client check-ins, and supporting administrative functions across medical, substance use disorder, and mental health service lines.
