This role serves as the initial point of contact for advanced imaging, handling check-in/check-out functions, booking patient appointments, and managing prior authorizations and insurance verification. The position involves maintaining accurate patient records in Epic, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and organizational policies. It also includes serving as a resource for clinical and business office staff while maintaining confidentiality and promoting the organization's mission.
