The Office Coordinator (25 hours/week) at Ebury's Vilnius office serves as the primary front-of-house contact supporting the Lithuania and Latvia offices and around 20 employees. Reporting to the Regional Lead of Global Business Services and partnering closely with the Country Manager and HR, the role helps maintain a high-quality workplace and positive employee experience. This is a part-time, onsite position within a fast-growing global fintech environment focused on growth and collaboration.
