Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling phone communications, patient intake, insurance verification, and financial transactions, while also providing clinical support such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and vital sign collection. The role requires a high-energy, patient‑centered individual who can remain calm under pressure and transition between administrative and clinical duties as needed.
