Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator supports the Office Manager and Operations team by ensuring the London workplace is safe, well-maintained, and organized. This hands-on role involves facilities management, vendor relations, onboarding, and Health & Safety administration to deliver an outstanding day-to-day experience for the team and visitors. As the business grows, the coordinator will progressively take ownership of complex operational workflows and run day-to-day office operations independently.
