Office Engineer

LotusWorks is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Engineer to support project teams with documentation management, turnover readiness, QA/QC coordination, and commissioning activities within a mission-critical construction environment. The role involves reviewing, tracking, and maintaining project documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to ensure assets and systems are properly documented and ready to progress through L2 and L3 turnover milestones. This position requires close collaboration with contractors, equipment vendors, QA/QC teams, and project leadership to identify documentation gaps and coordinate outstanding deliverables.
