Office & Event Manager

The Office & Event Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Hexa’s 800 m² office, managing vendor relationships, space planning, and the on‑site podcast studio while also designing and executing a variety of internal and external events. The role serves as the primary point of contact for employees, startups, and sub‑tenants, ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment and proactive problem‑solving.
