Office & Facilities Coordinator

The Office & Facilities Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of Strongward’s New Orleans headquarters by maintaining an organized, welcoming, and functional workplace for staff, partners, and visitors. This role coordinates office operations, hospitality, vendor support, shared spaces, basic facility needs, and internal meeting coordination. As a consistent onsite presence, the coordinator ensures the office remains stocked, secure, and ready for use.
