Office Manager (Maternity leave)

The Office Manager will take full ownership of the company's three-floor office, managing day-to-day operations, facility maintenance, and the reception team to ensure a welcoming environment for approximately 300 employees. This role involves identifying and implementing improvements to office processes, managing vendors and the operations budget, and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding. The position also includes partnering with the Employee Experience Manager on engagement and culture initiatives.
